After much deliberating and trouble-shooting, we’ve decided to make MagnaCartridge.net the official host of the podcast. However, we will continue to use our Soundcloud ( https://soundcloud.com/magnacartridge ) to host the most recent 6 hours of our episodes.
For the most complete access to old episodes and all of our updates, please subscribe to the RSS feed listed below, rather than the one available on our Soundcloud page.
Stay tuned for another episode later this week!
So, contrary to what sources led us to believe when we first started researching podcasting services, Soundcloud Pro does *not* give you 6 hours a month. It gives you 6 hours… total. Forever. Which means that as of Episode 5, we have officially exceeded our upload limit.
Obviously this is not an ideal setup for a continuing podcast, so we’re taking a hiatus this week to re-evaluate our hosting options and decide on the best solution. Please tune back in next week for more MagnaCast goodness!
Mark and Kyle attempt to pantomime their thoughts on Pillars of Eternity, craft the perfect love letter, explain Sonic’s off-brand cousin Sanook, and brain storm about the perfect SPORTS!!!!! game
This week, Mark and Kyle die. A lot. They talk about a guy who may or may not be named Gary, discuss off putting motion blur, and even backtrack a bit. They also butcher Suda 51’s name.
In this week of St. Patricks and Basketballs, Mark gives an oral history of the Graham family and Kyle imbibes alcoholic root beer. They also discuss moral consequences and speak Cheknoflerwergian.
In their second outing, Mark and Kyle discuss spreading the influence of Space Democracy, the importance of a well designed ecosystem, and the Playstation 3 “Boomerang” controller (because they’re secretly broadcasting from 2005).
This week: The relationship between The Order and game length, 100% the Ratchet & Clank collection, the current state of Guild Wars 2, and the March Playstation Plus offerings.
